Before the call

Preparation

The call will be around 30-40 minutes. Before the call make sure you are in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.

Lights

Place yourself in natural light if possible as it will increase the quality of the video.

Camera

Set up your phone or camera in front of you in a landscape orientation and move away so your head and shoulders fill around 2/3rds of the screen.

If you want to increase the quality of the footage, have a second device to hand and film at a 45 degree angle – this will add variation to your video.

Sound

If possible, use your phones headphones or a microphone to record audio to your phone or other device seperately to our call.

This helps with the audio quality but also helps with sound consistency if switching between video.

Action

Please show up to the call a few minutes early and wait in the zoom waiting room.

Production

Following the call, please send any audio/video to us within 24 hours. We will give you an upload link to send it to. Failure to send it within this timeframe may mean that we produce your content without it.

We will also give you current timescales and turnaround times along with a highlight document to let you know what messages were highlighted during the call, that we can use for content.
